Wonderful velvet dress from Punk Rave. Off-the-shoulder with elasticated waistband and wide flounce with delicate ruffled edge. Gathered waist area. Long bell sleeves made of transparent tulle. Ankle-length skirt, cut out at the front down to the knees with a central ruffled placket. The skirt is slightly sheer, with an opaque lining up to mid-thigh to ensure that not too much is revealed. Lacing at the back for easy waist adjustment.
