This information corresponds to the general empirical values or the transit time information of the shipping service providers. Please note that once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company, we no longer have any influence on the transport and duration of the shipment. Delays can occur, for example, due to strikes, pandemic issues, and in times of increased shipping volume, such as before Christmas, etc. Especially in the case of international shipments, delays in processing by the customs authorities of the destination country are possible. All shipments to non-EU countries include an international customs declaration with the actual value of the goods in order to make possible customs clearance quick and smooth.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays, and these days are not to be counted when calculating the delivery time. If the order contains items with different delivery times, delivery will be made in one shipment as soon as the last item is available, unless partial delivery has been expressly agreed.
Shipment Tracking
All orders with payment received by 13:00 CET will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, you will receive an email if there are any problems or delays in processing your order.
Once the order has been prepared for dispatch, the buyer will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number. If the delivery takes longer than expected, please check the shipment status. Usually you can always track the recent status on your national Post Service website.
Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that no notification card is left by the parcel carrier, when nobody was at home, or that it is lost. You are eagerly waiting for your parcel, but it has long since been waiting for you at the nearest post office around the corner. It is always annoying for both sides and causes high costs when parcels are not collected on time and are therefore returned. Please help to avoid such situations by checking the tracking status regularly. Thank you very much.
