Do you have a street shop in Leipzig/Germany?
No. We sell online and online only.
Do you deliver to USA / Russia / Australia / Chile / South Africa / wherever...?
We deliver worldwide. If there is a national post service, where you live, we can deliver your goods. Usually we ship internationally by registered letter (lettre recommendé), which is safe, fast and reliable. If an order exceeds the weight limit for registered letters (1.0 kg), we ship by DHL international packet. All services with tracking code to follow the way of your shipment. Regarding registered letters you usually can track your shipment by the website of your national post service as soon as it reaches your country limits.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. According to EU laws all prices are shown inclusive 19% VAT. If you order from outside of the EU, you may select your destination country in the header bar and all items will be shown reduced by VAT. At least when you have selected your destination country during checkout, all prices will be changed to no-tax. So, for all non-EU customers all purchases are tax-free.
Is there a minimum order?
Do you have an order limit?
Yes. Online orders are limited up to 400,00 € or 5 items max. The checkout is blocked if these limits are exceeded. Please reduce your shopping cart to proceed to checkout. If you wish to place an order higher than 400,00 €, please contact us by email.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All data will be encrypted by SSL/https-Protocol. We collaborate with tested and certified payment providers only, which underlie high standards in case of security, fraud protection and data privacy. The payment transaction itself will be handled by these companies only. We, the online shop, have no access on any credit card data, passwords, security codes etc. Information like this will not be saved on our servers and cannot be stolen from us. Simply said - we only get the information: paid or not paid.
Do you charge any payment fees?
No. You can choose the payment method that you like. There are no additional fees being charged from us. We offer payment by (International) bank transfer / bank wire, Paypal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, DinersClub) and by Sofortueberweisung (within EU). Of course, the payment providers charge us for certain payment methods, but we pay these fees for you. You have to pay what you see in your shopping basket only - no hidden fees and charges, no opt-in insurances, no subscriptions. Note: If you pay by international bank wire, fees charged by your bank may apply. Please take care, that you pay for all fees (option: ours), so the amount which is credited to our bank account equals the invoice total.
Payment has been aborted - did you still receive my order?
If your payment was rejected or aborted, try to click on the "back"-link to get back to checkout, so that you can try again or select a different payment method. In exceptional cases it can happen, that your order will be processed though the payment has not been completed. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible and will look for a solution. Please wait on our message and do not order multiple times.
Usually you may see the payment option within your order history, and you can try again. You geht the link to your order overview automatically with the email confirmation of your order.
Do I have to pay customs?
Orders within the EU are usually free of any custom fees. VAT is already included in the displayed prices (German VAT rate is actual 19%). If you order from a non-EU country (e.g. from Suisse, Norway, USA, New Zealand or where ever you live...) additional taxes and customs may apply and will be charged from your national custom authority. We provide every international shipment with a valid customs declaration. It depends on your national import laws, if tax will be applied or not. If you would like to know more about import excemption limits, taxes and fees, please contact your national customs authority.
Can I return goods if they do not fit?
Of course. For all original goods - garments just tried on, unworn and un-damaged - you have a general right of withdrawal (see there) for 14 days from the day when you received your goods. You have to declare your withdrawal by email, post, or by phone at least at the day 14 after delivery. If you wish to return something, please send us a short message first. This simplifies the assignment of your return to your order and speeds up the processing and refund.
Is return shipment free of charge?
No. You have to pay for the safe shipping back to us. Apart from that no further fees apply. Please take care that you include all tags and original product packaging if originally existent. If the goods are in original condition and un-damaged, your full amount will be refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund process. All refunds will be credited to the original payment source.
