Availability of items & international delivery times

Usually we ship the same day or next day, when your payment has been confirmed and the item is in stock. Please see the following explanation for shipping times for international deliveries. Usually we ship worldwide by Registered Letter (lettre recommandé) or DHL packet. You can track the status of your parcel as soon as it reaches your country limits.

Regular shipping times:
Europe: 2-9 business days
North America: 5-15 business days
South America: 5-20 business days
Africa & Asia: 9-30 business days
Australia: 5-20 business days

These are experiences for regular shipping events. Delays can occur at national customs inspections. We provide every international (non-EU) shipment with the correct customs declaration. According to your national import laws, customs, tax and fees can be charged by your national authorities. We don't have any influence on these duties and on the duration of this process at customs. This only depends on your national authorities and your national post services. If you experience exceptional delays in your shipping (longer than times above) please check the tracking status and contact us.


We are always striving to display the availability of the goods reliable. But due to our mutiple shop channels it is possible in exceptional cases, that an item is not in stock, although it was marked as "ready for shipping" at the moment of purchase. We are trying to avoid this, but unfortunately mistakes can happen everywhere. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and do our best to obtain the item for you and deliver it subsequently. Of course you have the right to cancel, if the delivery time is too long for you in such a case, and we will refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.
